These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 9rrr platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and all gaming activity. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

9rrr reserves the right to void any bet placed using incorrect odds, where technical errors have occurred, or where terms have been misused. Decisions on disputed outcomes are final.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 9rrr ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing or using 9rrr — whether through the website at 9rrr.win, the mobile app, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use 9rrr. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all sections of the 9rrr platform including sports betting, slot games, live casino, bingo and any promotional activities. Additional terms specific to individual promotions are published on the Promotions page and form part of the overall agreement when a promotion is claimed.

To use any real-money function on 9rrr, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique password and accurate personal information. You agree that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful, current and complete.
Each person is permitted to hold one active account on 9rrr at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 9rrr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and bonus claims. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. 9rrr is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

9rrr is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering or playing on 9rrr while under the age of 18 is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable laws. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
9rrr reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued document. Account access may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age may be forfeited.

All deposits on 9rrr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of depositing.
9rrr accepts deposits via the following methods:
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 9rrr does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing funds on behalf of another player is not permitted.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your 9rrr account instantly or within a few minutes. Raast transfers are similarly fast. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
9rrr does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 9rrr's control.
Withdrawals from 9rrr are processed in PKR to the payment method of your choice, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Only your real-money balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements is available for withdrawal. If you have an active bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met — or the bonus forfeited — before those funds can be withdrawn. Your withdrawable balance is shown clearly in the Cashier section.
Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank) registered in the same name as your 9rrr account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will not be processed.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operating hours. Raast transfers are similarly quick. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days. Per-request limits apply by method: PKR 50,000 for mobile wallets, PKR 100,000 for Raast, and up to PKR 500,000 for bank transfer. 9rrr charges no fees on withdrawals.
9rrr reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
All bonuses, free spins, bet boosts and promotional offers made available on 9rrr are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount too) that must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk betting strategies, coordinated multi-account activity, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse. 9rrr reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close accounts and withhold balances where abuse is identified.
All bonuses have an expiry date or time limit within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited after expiry. Expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms.

All sports bets on 9rrr are subject to the following rules. These apply across cricket, football, esports and all other sports markets available on the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid. If you are unsure whether a bet has been accepted, check your bet history in the account section.
9rrr takes care to ensure odds are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors can occur. Any bet placed on odds that were published due to a clear technical error or pricing mistake may be voided and stakes returned. This applies to cricket, PSL, football and all other sports markets.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event, particularly after significant events such as wickets, goals or other score-changing moments. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. 9rrr is not liable for delays in market suspension caused by data latency.
In cricket, if a match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold for a result (as defined by the relevant cricket board or competition rules), most markets are voided and stakes are returned. In DLS-adjusted matches where a result is formally declared, bets generally stand. Specific settlement rules for each sport are detailed in the Sports section of the platform.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any single leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining selections stand. Void legs do not cause the entire accumulator to be void.
All casino games, slot games and bingo rooms on 9rrr use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.
Each slot game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout of the game. RTPs are set by the game provider and are verified by independent testing. The RTP does not guarantee a specific outcome in any individual session.
Bingo games on 9rrr are drawn using a verified random system. Ticket prices and prize pools are displayed in each room before purchase. Auto-daub is enabled by default; players are not disadvantaged by missed calls. Jackpot bingo prize conditions are specific to each jackpot event and are displayed in the room.
In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game or spin, 9rrr will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Bets in progress at the time of disconnection are handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which is detailed in individual game help sections.

9rrr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified. During a suspension, account access including withdrawals may be restricted until the investigation is complete. If a breach is confirmed, 9rrr reserves the right to withhold any balance that resulted from or is connected to the breach.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
9rrr collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is published separately at the Privacy Policy page. By registering on 9rrr, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
Personal information collected during registration and verification — including your name, mobile number and payment account details — is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with internal security and anti-fraud requirements. This information is not sold to third parties.
Communication from 9rrr may include account notifications, promotion alerts (where opted in) and important policy updates. You may manage communication preferences from your account settings.
9rrr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or by posting a notice on the platform. The updated Terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of 9rrr after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
